Project to change the use of a medical office for housing, requalification of the interior space.

Project developed for an apartment in a building from the 1950s. XX construction with reinforced concrete slabs and self-supporting structural walls. building in good condition.

The project sought to reclassify the interior of the space by creating a T3 with an independent kitchen with dining space.

Efforts were made to preserve interior elements from the period, such as interior doors, baseboards and window bars. The windows have been altered to ensure good levels of sound insulation while preserving the original sash design
