Detached single-family house originally built in the 1980s. XX. It had a labyrinthine compartment with several small spaces.

The choice of the project was to create large spaces with abundant light, seeking to make the most of the outdoor space/garden.

We reduced the number of rooms and created a common room that is divided by a double side fireplace. The entire interior space has uniform materials and finishes to create a unique environment on both floors of the house.
